The Starter Pilot is a one-time fixed price with no ongoing fees. The Professional Suite includes an optional monthly support and optimisation retainer. Enterprise engagements are priced as annual contracts.
All pilots include a post-delivery support period. Clients on the Professional Suite or Enterprise Platform receive ongoing monitoring and support as part of their retainer. Ad-hoc support is also available for Starter Pilot clients.
